health consultations, treatments and related services. This includes carrying out any relevant health

assessments. It is important that you share any relevant medical information during health

assessments. We will ask for your agreement to undertake any appropriate assessments.

You have the right to object to the above use of your information by contacting us. Please note that

in some cases, this may affect our ability to provide services to you.

c) Marketing

With your consent, we may send you information by email about news and activities that we think will

be of interest to you. You can ask us to stop sending you this information at any point by following

the instructions in the relevant communication or by contacting us directly.

4. The Categories Of Personal Data Concerned

With reference to the categories of personal data described in the definitions section, we process the

following categories of your data:

  • Personal data including your or your child’s name, address, email address and phone number,

date of birth, gender, place of education and medical conditions.

  • We have obtained your personal data from you directly from your completion of a questionnaire at

the time of booking or during the first consultation. This information is stored securely either in

5. Sharing Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with any

other organisations except with your consent or in exceptional or emergency circumstances where we

believe that the sharing of information about you is vital to protect you, your child or another person.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

We keep your personal data for a period of seven years in order to comply with legal requirements.

7. Your Rights And Your Personal Data

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your

data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;

 the right to object to the processing of personal data, (where applicable i.e. where processing is

based on legitimate interests, direct marketing and processing for the purposes of

scientific/historical research and statistics).
